How can I pay for the streaming service?
Currently, payments can be made through PayPal. Subsequently, payments are automatically transferred to OVH Cloud or Hetzner Online GmbH data centers.
How long does it take to activate radio hosting services?
Radio accounts are generally activated within 4 to 8 hours after payment confirmation. Usually, activation is fast between 17:00 – 23:00 for streaming services.
Why can't this service be activated instantly?
AzuraCast is software that currently does not officially have integration with the automation modules used by hosting companies. For dedicated services, our team manually activates and configures the radio hosting accounts.
Can I benefit from a dedicated port?
Dedicated ports are offered with premium services, where you also benefit from a custom hostname.
Where is your data center located?
Streaming accounts are hosted in OVH Cloud or Hetzner Online GmbH data centers.
Do you also offer a Dedicated IP?
A dedicated IP is offered for free with the Premium streaming service. For standard radio hosting packages, the IP is shared with multiple users.
Can I have a free radio server?
Unfortunately, we do not offer free servers, but we have cheap radio hosting packages for a perfect start.
Can I get technical support?
